GST bills at the till, and the stock count drops with every sale.
Software for people who stand behind a counter.
Shoopy was started in 2020 by two people who kept meeting the same shop owner: good products, loyal customers, and software that treated the counter and the website as two different businesses.
One platform for the counter, the store and your app.
Shoopy is a commerce platform for retail shops and D2C brands. It runs counter billing, an online store on your own domain and a branded app for your customers — all on one catalogue, so stock and orders stay right on every channel.

Your shop as an app under your own name, on your customers' phones.
Products, prices and stock live once, and every channel reads them.
The tools kept failing the shop.
The shops losing customers were not selling worse products. Their software billed at the counter but did not know the website existed, or ran the website and had never heard of the counter. Every evening someone reconciled the two by hand.
So Shoopy was built around one catalogue. Bill a sale at the till and the online stock drops by one. An order from the website, the branded app or WhatsApp lands in the same queue as the one taken over the counter. There is nothing to reconcile, because nothing was ever separate.
It grew the way its merchants did: the catalogue and the bill first, then storefronts on your own domain, then branded apps, staff roles, multiple locations and delivery. Today more than 50,000 businesses run on it — single-counter shops, D2C brands, grocers and quick-commerce stores.
Small businesses deserve the same tools as the biggest brands — without the complexity, the cost or the compromise.
That sentence is the test every feature has to pass before it ships, and every plan has to pass before it is priced.
India first — then Nepal, the UAE and the US.
Shoopy is built India-first: GST invoices, UPI and cash on delivery, English and Hindi. It also runs stores in Nepal, the United Arab Emirates and the United States, each billed in its own currency, and takes other countries on request.
See supported marketsFour rules we hold ourselves to.
Not values on a poster — tests we apply to every feature and every page of this site.
A shop should be selling the week it signs up, not after a quarter of setup. Anything that needs a consultant to switch on is not finished.
Features are named in the words a merchant already uses — stock, bill, counter — and every price is stated in figures before you sign up.
Your domain, your app, your customer list. Shoopy charges a plan, not a share of your business — orders are commission-free up to your plan's limit, then a small capped fee.
Quick commerce, branded apps, selling on WhatsApp — whatever the next channel is, it plugs into the same catalogue and the same order queue.
