Shoopy The terms that govern using Shoopy.
Shoopy is operated by Clevup Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms — they cover your account, your plan and payments, your responsibilities as a merchant, and ours to you.
Using Shoopy means agreeing to these terms
By accessing or using Shoopy, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
What the service is
Shoopy is a commerce platform for small and medium businesses. The service includes invoice and estimate generation, inventory and catalogue management, order and shipping management, e-commerce store creation, integration with social channels, customer support over WhatsApp, and reporting and analytics.
Your account, your credentials
Registration. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account, and to keep your details updated.
Security. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Shoopy is not liable for unauthorised access that results from your failure to protect them.
Plans, billing and the refund window
Shoopy offers subscription plans; the current plans and what they include are described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways, and by subscribing you authorise Shoopy to bill you for your chosen plan.
Refunds. A refund is available if you cancel within 7 days of purchase; specifics can vary by plan. Charges related to usage beyond a plan's limits are described in the fair use policy.
Your responsibilities as a merchant
You are responsible for the accuracy of your business details, product descriptions and pricing; for complying with the laws that apply to your business — including tax, data privacy and consumer protection law; and for managing your relationships with your own customers, including orders, service and disputes.
What stays Shoopy’s
Shoopy retains all rights, title and interest in the platform — the software, trademarks and platform content. Using the service does not grant you ownership of any of Shoopy’s intellectual property. Your catalogue, your brand and your customer data remain yours.
How your data is handled
Our collection, storage and use of your data is governed by the privacy policy. By using the service you consent to the handling of your data as described there.
What we do not guarantee
Shoopy is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
When access can be suspended
Shoopy may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these terms, for non-payment, or for activity deemed harmful to Shoopy or to other users.
Updates land on this page
These terms may change; updates are posted on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Indian law, Noida jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, India.
