Can I keep billing at the counter and still sell online?
That is what Shoopy is for. The counter and the storefront read the same catalogue, so when you bill a shirt at the till the online stock drops by one. You do not enter anything twice.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
0% commission up to your plan’s yearly order limit — 250 orders on Basic, up to 2,000 on Enterprise. Past the limit the fee is 0.3–1% depending on plan, and never more than ₹5 an order.
Do I need a developer to launch?
No. You pick a storefront layout, add your products, connect a payment method and a courier, and open. If you would rather not do it yourself, store setup by our team is available.
Is the app really mine?
It carries your name, your logo and your colours, and it is listed on the Play Store — and on the App Store, on plans with an iOS app — under your brand. It reads the same products, stock and orders as your website.
What happens to the products and orders I already have?
Bring them in as a spreadsheet, or from your current platform. Products, stock counts, customers and past orders can all be imported before you open.
Does Shoopy handle GST invoices?
Yes. Bills carry HSN codes, tax splits and your GSTIN, at the counter and online, with the fields you need for an e-way bill.
What if it does not work out?
Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. If you pay and change your mind, there is a 7-day money-back guarantee.
Can I sell outside India?
Shoopy is built for India first and also serves Nepal, the UAE and the United States, with other countries taken on request. Every market has its own price list — in Nepali rupees, dirhams or US dollars, all shown on the pricing page — and payments, couriers and tax rules depend on the country, so ask us about yours.
